My experience at Hotel Lestelle was frustrating. The self check-in process was poorly explained and left me confused, which didn't help after a long day of travel. It took ages for me to navigate the entrance, and I was exhausted after hauling my luggage up steep stairs since there was limited assistance available. Additionally, the lack of clear directions for both the elevator and check-in made my stay quite stressful, detracting from what could have been a pleasant visit.

It was just a well-suited match for a break on long journey in Lucerne with great value for the money. The bathroom was spacious and clean, making for a pleasant experience. Make sure to pack light as the stairs can be tricky with luggage.

Great little spot! The Economy Single Room had everything I needed—like a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV. The shower was refreshing and the bed was firm and comfy. Super convenient, with a lift to access the rooms. Also, the view over the square was a nice bonus!

Plus, the cozy atmosphere and cleanliness of the room were on point, making for a peaceful night. Don't forget about those inviting views over the charming square!
